NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed September 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2010-CA-057819, DIVISION: H of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-2 is Plaintiff, and JOHN L. KUSTEK A/K/A JOHN KUSTEK; DUDLEY KUSTEK; PARKWOODS VI HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATON, INC.; unknown tenant #1 AS TO UNIT #1 N/K/A ELIZABETH STRICKER AND UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AS TO UNIT #2 N/K/A BRANDON STRICKLER, are Defendants.
