Notice is hereby given that on October 25, 2011at 9:00 a.m. at R&R Auto Body Shop in Fort Myers Inc. 4208 Fowler St, Fort Myers, FL 33901 the following vehicle will be sold for $3716.20 to satisfy labor services, repairs, and storage charges on: 2005 Dodge VIN# 1D7HE22K35S281095. Pursuant to F.S. #713.585 the cash amount of $3716.20 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filling a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Lee County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to F.S. #559.917 and if sold any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition.
