NOTICE is given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment filed September 20, 2011 in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the Lee County Clerk of Court Official Foreclosure Auction Site, www.Lee.Realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 20th day of October, 2011, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judment:
Parcel 1 (A):
Units D, E, and F, Building A, Phase I, of Southwest Executive Center, a condominium, according to the Delcaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1695, page 1791, and as subsequently amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Parcel 1(B):
Units A, B, C and D, Building B, Phase II, of Southwest Executive Center, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1695, page 1791, and as subsequently amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Unit F, Building B, Phase II, of Southwest Executive Center, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1695, page 1791, and as subsequently amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Parcel 3:
Unit C, Building A, Phase I of Southwest Executive Center, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1695, page 1791, and as subsequently amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
