Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, filed September 26, 2011, in Case No. 11-CA-51577, in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which TIB BANK is the Plaintiff and LAURA J. BELL, an individual, THE PINTO FINO CIRCLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, and JOHN DOE and/or JANE DOE, as unknown Tenants or parties in possession, and all other unknown parties claiming by, through or under named defendants, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at a sale to be conducted via the Clerk of Lee County, on October 26, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in Exhibit 1 attached hereto, and said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure.

Unit C, THE PORTO FINO CIRCLE CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3701, Page 3744, and as subsequently amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
