notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 30, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-008668 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Fort Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 31 day of October, 2011; the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5, CONCORD CONDOMINIUM, INC. A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 620, PAGE 740 THROUGH 807, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
