NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-60388 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WTH-OAKMONT MORTGAGE POOL 217, LP, is the Plaintiff and hermann menard, an unmarried man; city of fort meyers; clerk of court; unkonwn occupant “a” residing at 1644 kensington ct, fort meyers, fl 33907;unknown occupant “b” residing at 1644 kensington ct, fort meyers, fl 33907; are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash online beginning 9:00 AM EST at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM EST on the 2 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BOWLING GREEN UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED INPLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
