NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statues, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the 2 day of November, 2011, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 13 and 14, Block 5721, CAPE CORAL UNIT 87, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 67 through 87, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
