NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-059185 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005- AB2, is the Plaintiff and HORACIO SAENZ; MARGIE SAENZ; TENANT #1 N/K/A RAYETANA JESUS; TENANT #2 N/K/A CAYETANA JESUS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 2 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

THE NORTH 50 FEET THEREOF RESERVED FOR AND SUBJECT TO ROAD RIGHT OF WAY. FURTHER KNOWN AS LOT 22 OF ORANGE GROVE HEIGHTS, AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION.
