NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-017554 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and ELIO VILLAZAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 2 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
