NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 05, 2011 and entered in Case No. 08-019797-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC1, is the Plaintiff and DALIBOR GAJIC; VESNA GAJIC; THE JAMESTOWN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on November 18, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 1281A AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF JAMESTOWN, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4847, PAGES 1 THROUGH 63, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5517, PAGE 44 AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 115 THROUGH 123, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
