Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 9,2010 , in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THE EAST 34 FEET OF LOT 16 AND THE WEST 22 FEET OF LOT 17, BLOCK 11, AVALON SUBN. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA;
and commonly known as: 2585 15TH AVE N, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33713; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 4,2011 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
