UNIT 3, BUILDING 10, OF PARADISE SHORES GROUP NO. 10, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 30 AND 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
FILED DECEMBER 24, 1970 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3453, PAGE 312, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 70-124396, AND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JANUARY 25, 1973 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3982, PAGE 379, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 73-010694, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
and commonly known as: 5347 81ST LN N # 3, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33709; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 4,2011 at 10:00 a.m..
