NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-9570-C0-41 , of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PATRICIAN OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DONNA A. D'URSO, and SHAWN P. FOLEY, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 2, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as That certain Condominium parcel composed of Apartment No. 209, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of PATRICIAN OAKS UNIT XI, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 5433, Pages 1769-1808, and Condominium Plat Book 65, Page 65, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
