NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2011 entered in Case No. 10-11642-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CUMBERLAND TRACE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and TONYA R. MCGILL, SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION, and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 2, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the
following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 5, CUMBERLAND TRACE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 127, Page 49 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
