NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2011 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 30, 2011 entered in Case No. 10-9940-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COVE CAY VILLAGE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH A. KISTINGER, DAVE G. RICHARDSON and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 2, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com
beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel Unit 7-A, Eighth Phase, Building No. 8, COVE CAY VILLAGE IV, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 92, Pages 115-124 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded n O.R. Book 4993, Page 1579, et seq, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
