NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-4192-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Sunshine Terrace Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Robert D. Gaudette and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 2, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit C-101, Building1245, Phase 2, SUNSHINE TERRACE, a Condominium, according to the terms, conditions, covenants and restrictions filed in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5688, Pages 940 through 1090, amended in O.R. Book 5812, Page 1931, amended in O.R. Book 5698, Page 1286, and further amended in O.R. Book 5985, Page 854, and any and all amendments thereto, and further described in the map or plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 74, Pages 9 through 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
