NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-021924-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders for Argent Securities Trust 2005-W5, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-W5, Plaintiff and Ralph E. Bodziak and Ann Bodziak, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 50 FEET OF THE NORTH 155 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 LESS THE NORTH 30 FEET THEREOF, FOR STREET PURPOSES OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
