NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 14, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-022385-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee, for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-18, Plaintiff and Christy A. Nicholas are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on November 14, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 18-104, OF BENTLEY AT COBB'S LANDING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14748, PAGE 1703, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
