NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-002717 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank N.A., as Trustee, successor by merger to Firstar Bank Milwaukee N.A., as trustee successor in interest to Firstar Bank Milwaukee, N.A.., as Trustee for Salomon Brothers Mortgage Pass-through Certificates Series 1998-NC7, Plaintiff and Bill T. Georgiou a/k/a Bill Georgiou are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 18, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 31, MOCKINGBIRD HILL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
