NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-013116-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc., Plaintiff and Luis Enrique Gomez a/k/a Luis Gomez and Veronica Gomez, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 18, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK E, MILES PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 59 AND 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
