NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order Restting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-10312, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A CONTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE L. GURBA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE L GURBA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNONW TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of November, 2011, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas Countys Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, ELYSIUM PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGES 41 TO 46, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
