NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-021259, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and HAZEL COLLINS; CARRIE JENTZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARRIE JENTZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HAZEL COLLINS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of November, 2011, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas Countys Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 AND THE EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 116, TOWN OF SUTHERLAND, AS FILED FOR RECORD MARCH 29, 1888, IN THE OFFICIAL OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN PLAT BOOK H-1, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
