NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-07035, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING is the Plaintiff and MARY MARTINEZ; DIRECT INSURANCE COMPANY; DOMINGO MARTINEZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of November, 2011, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas Countys Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, UNIT 5 OF SKYCREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
