NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-009911 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC1, Plaintiff, and, STEFAN, ANNA RUTH, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of November, 2011, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 2, BUILDING X, ST. ANDREWS COVE II, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 113-120, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4553, PAGES 1661-1716, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
