NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-9253-CO-59, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREENERY, INC. OF FLORIDA is Plaintiff, and JORGE L. SANDOVAL, JR is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 1, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 101, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of GREENERY, INC., a Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 4085, Pages 1770 and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Pages 78, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
