UNIT NO. 406 OF THE AVALON AT CLEARWATER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14267, PAGE 2605, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 2, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
