NOTICE is given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 8th day of September, 2011 in Civil Action No. 2011-003300-CI-008 of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Gulfcoast Survey Associates Inc., William C. Ward, Bing Kearney, A/K/A Charles W. Kearney, Jr., Downtown Tierra Verde Too Condominium Association, Inc., and Tierra Verde Community Association, Inc., are the Defendants and Platinum Bank is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with ยง45.031, Florida Statutes, at 10:00 a.m. on the 8th day of November, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Units 111 and 112, according to the Plat of DOWNTOWN TIERRA VERDE TOO, A COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 83, pages 122 and 123 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5973, Pages 594 through 640, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
commonly known as 1110 Pinellas Bayway South, Units 111 and 112, Tierra Verde, Florida 33715.
TOGETHER WITH all of the equipment, fixtures and other articles of personal property at any time owned by Gulfcoast Survey Associates Inc. or attached or affixed to the mortgaged real property, together with all accessions, parts and additions to, all replacements of, and all substitutions for, any of such property; together with all proceeds (including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of premiums from any sale or other disposition of any of the property described herein).
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
