NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 22 C, as shown on Condominium Plat of VILLAGE ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM III, PHASE VII, according to Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 114 through 124, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium filed November 9, 1979, in O.R. Book 4941, Pages 1 through 62, inclusive, and amended in O.R. Book 5090, Page 1184 and further amended in O.R. Book 5123, Page 1305, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 2526 Royal Pines Circle, #22C, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 2, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
