CERTAIN LANDS UPON WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ARE DELINQUENT,
Defendant.
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lots 26 and 32, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 19, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, Property of Tampa and Tarpon Springs Land Company, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 116, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, less that part conveyed to Pinellas County by Clerk's Instrument No. 441587A, Official Records Book 280, Page 149, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, for rightof-way purposes.
AND
That part of Lots 27 and 28 in the Northwest 114 of Section 19, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, according to the map of TAMPA AND TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 116, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County formerly was a part;
LESS that part of said Lot 27 lying within 50 feet of the East-West centerline of said Section, conveyed to Pinellas County by deed recorded in OR. Book 283, Page 332;
and LESS the North 17 feet of the South 50 feet of said Lot 28, less the West 100 feet thereof, as shown by Order of Taking recorded in O.R. Book 364, Page 109; and
LESS the South feet of said Lot 28, as further described in that certain deed to Pinellas County recorded in OR. Book 3892, Page 122;
Being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northwest 114 of Section 19, Township 27 South, Range 16 East; run thence along the centerline of U.S. Highway 19 North 00°39'11” West, 250.01 feet; run thence North 89°30'33” West 300.02 feet; run thence South 00°39'11” East, 23.75 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Continue thence South 00°39'11” East, 176.25 feet more or less to a point in the North Right of Way line of Klosterman Road; run thence along the North Right of Way line of said Klosterman Road, North 89°30'33” West, 566.3 6 feet to the West line of said Lot 27; run thence along said West line of Lot 27, North 00°30'59” West, 249.81 feet; run thence North 89°20'49” East, 299.64 feet; run thence South 00°39'11” East, 84.86 feet; run thence North 89°20'49” East, 266.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

A portion of Lots 27 and 28 in the Northwest 114 of Section 19, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, according to the map of “TAMP AND TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION” as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 116 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part; and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Northwest 114 of Section 19, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, run thence North 89°30'33” West, 300.02 feet along the East-West centerline of said Section 19; thence North 00°30'11” West, 50.01 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 89°30'33” West, 566.36 feet along the North Right-of-Way line of Klosterman Road; thence North 00°30'59” West, 249.81 feet; thence North 89°20'49” East, 299.64 feet; thence South 00°39'11” East, 84.86 feet; thence North 89°20'49” East, 266.0 feet, thence South 00°39'11” East, 176.25 feet tot he POINT OF BEGINNING.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 22, 2011.
