NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-9615-CO-42 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bayway Isles-Point Brittany Six Condominium, Inc. is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINE S. BRADY, TRUSTEE, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS BENEFICIARY; KEITH BRADY, AS TRUSTEE, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS BENEFICIARY; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of November, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Book 4420, Page 814, O.R. Book 4528, Page 381, O.R. Book 4563, Page 534 and dO.R. book 5328, Page 2075, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 4900 Brittany Drive S., #1305 St. Petersburg, FL 33715
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
