NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-11202-CO-42 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bayway Isles-Point Brittany Two Condominium Corporation, Inc is Plaintiff, and SHIRLEY CONRAD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHIRLEY CONRAD; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of November, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 503, BAYWAY ISLES - POINT BRITTANY TWO, Pinellas County, Florida, according to the Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits recorded in Official Record Book 3031, Page 335, Pinellas County, Public Records, and as further indicated on Plot of Bayway Isles - Point Brittany Plat as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 94, Pinellas County, records. the street address of which is: 5108 Brittany Drive South #503 St. Petersburg, FL 33715.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
