NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-5258-CO-42 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Lakeview of Largo Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and ROBERT C. SULLIVAN and CLAIRE E. SULLIVAN are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of November, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 3207, LAKEVIEW OF LARGO (PHASE ONE) a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 3793, page 891, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat book 10, pages 82 and 83, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 14130 Rosemary Lane #3207 Largo, FL 33774.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
