NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 16, 2010 in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-009708, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, JESS MEFFORD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESS MEFFORD IF ANY; CYNTHIA GABLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CYNTHIA GABLER IF ANY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on November 4, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 2 EUCLID MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE (S) 123, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
