NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure of SunTrust Bank entered in the above-styled case, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, on November 14, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., at www.Pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:

TOGETHER WITH A NON EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT ACROSS THE NORTH 20 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 400 FEET OF THE AFORESAID LOT 2.

TOGETHER WITH A NON EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 2, LESS THE SOUTH 400 FEET THEREOF LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT OF TAMPA AND TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART. IT BEING THE INTENT OF THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT TO GRANT A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OF THE RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST THAT WAS OBTAINED UNDER THE CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT IN O.R. BOOK 4188, PAGE 1069, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT IS SUBJECT TO ALL OF THE CONDITION SET FORTH THEREIN.
