NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property described as:
Unit D-9, 403, DOVER-FOXCROFT, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 25, Pages 45 and 46 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 4885, pages 1496 through to 1582, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com AT 10:00 a.m. on November 17, 2011.
