NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2011, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
Unit 120, OAKHURST GARDEN APARTMENTS, a Condominium, pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5227, Page 1542, as amended in O.R. Book 10784, Page 444 and O.R. Book 10784, Page 451, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 53, Page 31, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, on the 2nd day of November, 2011 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
