NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 6, 2011, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
Unit 50, Building 12, Wing “G” NE, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT 16, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3576, Pages 785 through 809, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, PAge 25, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, on the 8th day of November, 2011 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
