NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment on Counts V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX, XXI and XXII of the Complaint as well as the Amended Supplemental Complaint” (the “Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the properties situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and/or Okaloosa County, Florida, as described below, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on November 22, 2011, starting at 10:00 a.m.
