NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure On Default, dated October 5, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-04804CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PARAMOUNT PLUMBING, INC., is the Plaintiff and 26338 U.S. HIGHWAY, LLC, is a Defendant and is the fee simple owner of the real property described below located in Pinellas County, Florida, commonly known as the Fresenius Medical Care Facility, the Clerk of the Pinellas County Circuit Court will, on November 8, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Court's online auction website via the Internet at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
VILLAGE AT COUNTRYSIDE, Parcel 4 Replat 1, Plat Book 108, Page 55, Lot 1, Pinellas County, Florida, located at 26338 US Highway 19 North, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, and as described in that Notice of Commencement recorded at O.R. Book 17034, Page 881, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
