NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 7, 2011 and entered in Case No.: 11-1988CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein DONNA C. JUHL, Trustee of the JUHL TRUST AGREEMENT utd 10/25/93, is the Plaintiff and ORGANIZED CONFUSION, LLP, a Florida limited liability partnership, and UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, and UNKNOWN TENANT #4, are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Begin at the Southwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 34, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, run thence North 00º36'46” East along Westerly boundary of said Quarter-Quarter Section 808.69 feet for Point of Beginning; thence continue North 0º36'46” East 93.00 feet; thence South 89º10'21” East parallel to the North line of said Section, 161.75 feet; thence South 12º25'10” East 95.54 feet; thence North 89º10'21” West 182.72 feet to Point of Beginning. LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.

That part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 34, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, described as follows: Beginning at a point which is reached by measuring North from the SW corner of the said NE 1/4 808.5 feet along its West boundary run thence Easterly parallel to the North boundary of said NW 1/4 187.78 feet, thence Southeasterly parallel to the right-of-way of the Orange Belt Railroad Co., as described in the deed recorded in Deed Record EE, Page 261, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, for a distance 50 feet, thence Westerly parallel to the North boundary of said NW 1/4 to an intersection with the West boundary of said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, thence North along said West boundary 50 feet, M.O.L. to the said Point of Beginning.
