Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated October 5, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 09-10861-CO-42, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BOCA SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and PATRICIA A. GRIFFITH, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 120, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of BOCA SHORES recorded in O.R. Book 4978, Page 1380, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 100 through 107, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of December, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
