BOOK 3411, PAGE 575 THROUGH 618, I INCLUSIVE, AND REFILED IN O.R. BOOK 3431, PAGES 3 THROUGH 46, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 69 THROUGH 73, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1672 LAKE AVE UNIT 6, CLEARWATER, FL 33756; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
