TO: INTERESTED BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida in the office of the Director of Purchasing, County Annex Office Building, 400 South Fort Harrison Avenue, 6th Floor, Clearwater, Florida, until November 15, 2011 @ 3:00 P.M. and will then and there be opened and read aloud for the following:
Services, Labor, Materials and Equipment Required for Construction of:
Building Lighting Retrofits (Re-bid)

PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
The engineering estimate for this project is $ 850,000.00
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on October 24, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. at 400 S. Ft. Harrison Avenue, Room 516, Clearwater, Florida 33756.
Due to the scope of this Project, four mandatory site visits are required. Bids received from bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visits will be judged non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The site visits are scheduled as follows: October 24, 2011, 10:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. at Annex Building, 400 S. Ft. Harrison Avenue, First Floor, Clearwater, Florida 33756; October 25, 2011, 9:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. at North County Service Center, 29582 US 19 N, Clearwater, Florida 34688; October 26, 2011, 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. at EMS, 12490 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida 33774; and, October 27, 2011, 9:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. at County Extension Center, 12520 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida 33774. Additional site visits may be requested and will be addressed via an addendum.
Plans, specifications and bid forms will be available on compact disk at no charge and may be obtained from Pinellas County Purchasing Department, 400 South Fort Harrison Avenue, 6th FL, Annex Bldg., Clearwater, Florida.
