DESMARAIS; _, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTY A. DESMARAIS; JOHN DOE OR ANY PARTY IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE VILLAS OF SOMERSET WOODS, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, CIN; are the Defendants, KEN BURKE, the clerk of the court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com of the PINELLAS County Courthouse, in PINELLAS County, Florida, at 10:00, on the 30th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
