NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Notice is hereby given that on October 31, 2011at 9:00 a.m. at Henry's Body Shop, Inc. 3321 28th St N. Saint Petersburg, FL 33713 the following vehicle will be sold for $792.50 to satisfy labor services, repairs, and storage charges on:
1988 Chevrolet
VIN# 2GCFC24KXJ1104137.
Pursuant to F.S. #713.585 the cash amount of $792.50 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filling a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Pinellas County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to F.S. #559.917 and if sold any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition.
