YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage and security interest on real property in Manatee County, Florida which is legally described as follows:
Begin at an iron pipe set 33 feet South and 308.4 feet West of the Northeast corner of Section 6, Township 34 South, Range 18 East; thence South 0º 47' West, 450 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89º 08' West, 325 feet to an iron pipe, thence North 0º 47' East, 450 feet to an iron pipe; thence East along South line of Farm Implement Road 325 feet to the Point of Beginning. Lying and being in Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' Attorney, Ryan W. Owen, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
