YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for a Mortgage Foreclosure on the following described property:
Unit 9, SPRING LAKES VII, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1408, Pages 4107 through 4159, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 27, Pages 37 through 39, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
a/k/a 733 Spring Lakes Boulevard, Bradenton, FL 34210
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Terri Salt Costa, Esquire, of Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 200 S. Orange Avenue, Sarasota, Florida 34236, within 30 days after first publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court whether before service on Plaintiff's attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
