NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2011, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court will sell the below described real property (and any personal property situated thereon) situated in Manatee County, Florida, and more particularly described as:
From the most Easterly corner of Block O, of BAY PALMS ADDITION, 5TH UNIT, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 99, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, go Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of Marine Drive and Marina Drive extended, a distance of 137.27 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence go Southwesterly 112.96 feet parallel to the Southeasterly line of said Block O, along a line making an interior angle of 79Ëš31' with last described line; thence go Southeasterly at right angle with described line 85 feet to the Northwesterly line of 72nd Street; thence go Northeasterly parallel to the said Southeasterly line of Block O and along the Northwesterly line of 72nd Street, a distance of 128.52 feet to the Southwesterly line of Marina Drive extended; thence go Northwesterly along Southwesterly line of said Marina Drive extended, a distance of 86.44 feet to the Point of Beginning. Lying and being in Section 20, Township 34 South, Range 16 East, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, such property now known as HARBOUR MIST, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2300, Page 609, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 38, Page 105, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida:
LESS AND EXCEPT: Condominium Parcel Unit B, HARBOUR MIST, A CONDOMINIUM according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2300, Page 609, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 38, Page 105, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, 11:00 o'clock a.m. on the 3rd day of November, 2011, via Internet at www.manatee.realforclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
