HONKONEN; TRACEY R. KERNS A/K/A TRACEY R. HONKONEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAL OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 25th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement:
