NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated SAeptember 20, 2011and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-007216 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein hsbc bank usa, na, as trustee for nhel home equity loan trust, series 2006-wf1 is the Plaintiff and JAYSON BATTING; MAGDALENA JAZIEWICZ BATTING; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAL OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE PALMS OF CORTEZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 21st day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement:
